4. Custom Packaging Projects
When engaging LiveOak Packaging for custom packaging or consulting services, clients acknowledge that:

Final designs and packaging solutions will be developed based on consultations and provided specifications.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs or samples before production.

Minor variations in size, color, material, or design may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

LiveOak Packaging is not liable for client-supplied artwork, branding, or errors approved at proof stage.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, material availability, and third-party carrier performance. LiveOak Packaging is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Cancellations
Custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or not produced according to the approved specifications. Any return or cancellation request must be approved in writing by LiveOak Packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveOak Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website, products, or services.

In no event shall LiveOak Packaging’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in dispute.
